IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES
Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. You are responsible for payment of all taxes on receipt of the parcel in accordance with the laws applicable in the destination country.
All our orders are shipped from France, and your local customs should be able to estimate the price for you.

ZOUBIDA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR DAMAGED, WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT THE COURIER WITH WHICH IT HAS BEEN SENT.
Return and exchange policy
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs and all other expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
We suggest using the original sustainable package that your order came in. If the items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
Once a return is received and approved, you will be refunded by the same method you made the payment with. Excluding the shipping costs.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest drop off point.
